Tool 11

There is little doubt that all the tools shown to use are useful. They need time and practice to be asimilated. I would have enjoyed the trainning more, if I didn't have to spend time trying to uncover some problems found through the use of the tools. It was time consuming and frustrating. It is my belief that support sessions would have clarified my doubts, allow better learning and reduce the frustration. The problem was that some sessions were scheduled when I was in another training or traveling. I hope that through the school year, we have the opportunity to train better on this tools. I am really interested in the possibility of using them, but have limited confidence of the possible outcomes.
